Serendipity is a nice example of a Swallowtail cruiser stern, reverse layout narrowboat, owned from new by the present owners.At 60' Serendipity makes an ideal residential boat or comfortable weekend or holiday boat, with a mere 175 hours showing on the engine hour clock. (The engine will have a service prior to sale). From the stern you enter the galley which has a good range of units. There is a space and plumbing for a washing machine. An L shaped seating area makes a great place to dine,as well as making into a sleeping area for guests.The saloon is a good size and has an under gunwale TV unit , multi fuel stove, chair and sofa bed.A walk through bathroom with cassette toilet, sink in a granite topped vanity unit and quadrant shower.
