Katy May II is a 40ft cruiser stern in lovely condition having been upgraded and maintained by the Marine Engineer owner. The engine bay is a credit to the owner who has removed a lot of parts to clean and paint before refitting as can be seen on pictures. Entry from the bow with fitted cratch cover & seat lockers into forward Saloon with Multifuel stove, 2 seater sofa and hinged table. Galley is L-shape with Plastimo oven/grill/2 burner hob, Gas instant hot water heater, space for fridge. Bathroom is off corridor with Shower, Cassette toilet and vanity sink. Bedroom at the stern has a bench seat that slides out into a double bed so can be left made up as a bed or made back into seating during the day, storage under and half heigh wardrobe, offset door to cruiser stern with fitted pram cover, fully removable deck boards give great access to engine & batteries etc for maintenance.
