MiCasa is a 55' narrowboat with a slight variation to the traditional reverse layout in that the bathroom is between the galley and the saloon. From the stern deck with pram cover over you enter the very modern feeling galley with high gloss finished units with solid wood work tops. Appliances include, washing machine and 240v fridge freezer. off corridor bathroom with shower, cassette toilet and sink in vanity unit. Saloon with multi fuel stove set in a fireplace, a TV is on an extending arm below the gunwale. A comfortable sofa and oak chest of drawers is included in the sale. Forward bedroom with fixed double, wardrobe to one side of forward doors with dressing table with drawers on the opposite side. The whole boat has a very light and airy feel due to the painted panels and light oak trim. This boat is outlying at present, but due in Mercia soon.
