Pipers Fancy No2 Narrowboat

Pipers Fancy No2 has been a much used boat, at a length to go anywhere , but able to sleep four in comfort. There was a survey carried out in 2023 which is available to view.The layout is traditional with the saloon accessed from the bow doors. The saloon has seating either side which will convert into sleeping as a double or 2 singles. There is a freestanding table for dining.To one side of the bow doors is a TV cupboard. Doors give access to storage under the well deck. A multi fuel stove provides the heating. The galley has a Vanete cooker and Shoreline fridge.The bathroom is off the passage way and has sink in a vanity unit, shower and cassette toilet with spare cassette.At the stern is the bedroom with fixed double with storage under.At the foot of the bed is a hanging wardrobe, a further wardrobe is in the passage way.
