Toby is a 40 foot trad stern built by Arcrite Fabrications in 1992 with an owner fitout to a good standard. Very good layout makes it seem much bigger than 40 foot inside. Entry from the bow through half glazed doors into forward Saloon with fitted L-shape dinette that converts to a cross double for guests, Solid fuel stove, corner tv unit with tv and cd/radio. Galley which is U-shape with vanette oven/grill, Vanette 4 burner hob, 12v fridge, laminate worktops and stainless sink. Corridor past Bathroom with Tiled shower enclosure with rail for curtain, vanity sink unit with mirror over and Porta Potti toilet. Rear Bedroom with fixed double berth, storage under, 1/2 height wardrobe over foot of bed and shelf with reading lights over bed head, door into engine room with engine under boards. Priced realistically as it requires a small amount of TLC.
