River Rat Narrowboat

River Rat is a 50ft Trad Stern built by Hancock & Lane in 1978, Very good Survey from 2019 stating 0.75mm pitting and it was then 2 pack epoxy blacked & overplated at the waterline either side at the stern.In need of work inside and out but a good solid base for you to put your own mark on. Entry from the bow into Galley with units to both sides, Hotpoint cooker and Shoreline 12v fridge. Saloon is open plan with Morso Squirrel stove, wall mounted tv and wood shelving. Off corridor bathroom has shower with curtain, Portable cassette toilet, vanity sink and heated towel rail. Engine room houses the Lister FR2 diesel with Lister Blackstone gearbox, Webasto diesel heating and all electrics, side door both sides. Back cabin has a fixed double bed base (just needs a mattress), radiator and doors/sliding hatch out to Trad stern.
