Contentment Narrowboat

Contentment was bespoke built for her first owner by Heron boat builders in 2005 and sold by us to the current owner last year. This boat has an impressive specification which includes - Isuzu 55hp engine, Travel Power generator, bow thruster, washing machine and tumble dryer. People often dismiss traditional sterns because of lack of ease of getting in and out. This boat presents none of those issues due to a large easy to move slide over the stern. Entering from the well deck there are a pair of steel security doors over a set of solid hardwood glazed internal doors. The layout is a large saloon area followed by the galley with ample cupboard space, walk through bathroom, bedroom with cross bed and finally a very useful utility area with washing machine, dryer and wash basin. This boat has storage in abundance, coupled with a great specification, making this a good livaboard boat.
