Serendipity is a 54ft Trad reportedly built by Tolladine in 1990, current owners for last 18 years. Entry from the bow with fitted winter cover through stable style glazed doors into Saloon with Morso Squirrel stove, Wall mounted Tv and 2 armchairs. Galley has wood topped painted units to both sides, Vanette oven/grill, Thetford 4 burner hob, 12v coolbox but space to fit bigger fridge, side doors for extra ventilation. Off corridor Bathroom has curtain instead of door for easy access, Hip bath with shower over, mansfield style Pumpout toilet and vanity sink. Bedroom at the stern has fixed double with open storage under, shelves over with reading light, open wardrobe, offset door through engine room to trad stern. Very good survey from 2021 confirming 10-6-4 steelwork and maximum 0.8mm pitting.
