Betty Elizabeth is a 44ft Cruiser stern built in China by East West Marine to a very high standard with high gloss Bamboo interior. Entry from the bow with fold down seats through glazed doors into the Saloon with Pullmans dinette and L-shape seating that both make double beds. Galley is U-shaped Bamboo units with Granite tops, Spinflo Oven/Grill, 4 burner hob and 12v fridge. Off corridor Bathroom is a wet room with large shower tray, Pumpout toilet, vanity sink unit with illuminated mirror over. Bedroom at the stern has a fixed double with storage under, overhead locker with reading lights, small wardrobe over foot of bed, offset door and sliding hatch out to cruiser stern. Blacked and anodes replaced September 2024, Webasto heating serviced and burner replaced 2024, engine last serviced 2025, Bsc to May 2030, exterior paint is faded and needs some work so priced accordingly.
