Ginjer Narrowboat

Ginjer is a 40ft Semi-Cruiser stern reverse layout built in 2012 by Midland Canal Centre for the one owner from new, Entry from the Semi-Cruiser stern down into Galley with laminate topped Oak units to either side, Thetford full cooker with glass lid, Shoreline 12v fridge with freezer compartment and door lined in Oak to match units. Saloon has fitted bench seating which converts to a double berth and table on desmo leg. Bathroom is walkthrough with toilet & sink in separate cubicle, shower with glazed door and wardrobe/storage cupboards opposite, a door closes off to make the shower ensuite to bow cabin. Forward cabin has L-shape seating that converts to a double berth or could be left made up as a permanent bedroom, wardrobe and corner unit either side of glazed doors to bow. Lovely little boat with a clever layout but requires some paintwork so priced accordingly.
