Great little starter boat for somebody which has obviously been well cared for by the present owners as reflected in the as new paintwork and very clean engine and engine bay. As you may expect the hull has been overplated on the bottom and sides, approx 10 years ago by a local boatyard. Entering from the bow door you step down into the saloon which has a sofa bed , hinged table for dining and under gunwale shelves. The galley has a Statesman cooker, Coolzone fridge and Vaillant water heater. Between the galley and the bathroom is a multi fuel stove in a tiled fireplace. The bathroom has a shower to one side with toilet and wash basin.
