All Mod Cons is aptly named as this boat certainly does have all the mod cons. Bespoke built for the current owners this boat wanted nothing with the specification which includes bow and stern thrusters, double glazing, underfloor heating as well as Webasto central heating and a multi fuel stove, dishwasher, wine cooler, washing machine, fridge and separate freezer all this packed into a 70x12 Euro cruiser style boat with a luxury galley at the stern with a central island with Corian work tops. A well designed table pulls out from the saloon end of the galley which will seat six. Off the saloon with its feature fireplace is a passage way which has the guest bedroom off, followed by the bathroom which has a shower, bath, macerator toilet and a sink in vanity unit. The whole room is beautifully tiled. The main bedroom has a king size bed with storage under, wardrobes and dressing table.
