Bekdale H Narrowboat

Bekdale H is a boaters boat, a traditional boat built by Malcolm Pearson, a builder I have long admired for his quality steel work and fine lines on the traditional boats he's well known for. Please don't be put off by the age as shes just had a survey showing the boat to be in excellent order, with a recommendation of not needing a survey for another ten years. The exterior paintwork shows a high level of care by the present owner, which is reflected throughout the boat.The interior is layout as you would expect is traditional, with a comfortable salon at the bow, followed by a well equipped galley, bedroom room and bathroom.Next comes the heart of the boat with the gleaming Russell Newbury DM3 and all services, including the Lister D gen set.The boatman's cabin is adorned with brass work and traditional painting by Roger Hatchard.
