Samphire is a 46ft Cruiser stern built in 1991 by Alvechurch, current owners bought through us in 2020 after very good survey saying no noticeable pitting to the hull sides, blacked 2022, New Eberspacher diesel heating fitted 3 years ago, a large solar panel has also been fitted on tilting brackets with Victron MPPT controller as well as mobile wifi system. Entry from the cruiser stern with fitted tonneau cover down central steps into Bedroom, 2 single beds but one slides over to form a double bed, wardrobe, lots of storage shelves and all electrics. Bathroom off corridor has tiled shower with curtain, vanity sink unit and Mansfield style Pumpout toilet. Galley is U-shape with Thetford full cooker with glass lid, LEC 12v fridge and St/Steel sink/drainer. Saloon at the bow has bench seat that's pulls out into a double, folding table on desmo leg and glazed stable doors to bow.
