Serendipity Narrowboat

Serendipity has been in the same ownership for over 20 years. From the cruiser stern which benefits from a pram cover and metal seating around around the stern you enter the saloon area through a pair of inner doors.The saloon has a number of floor cupboards as well as a wall cupboard, there is also a multi fuel stove and L shape seating / dining area.The galley has a good number of floor units and wall units, including a plate rack, appliances include a washing machine.The bathroom is a walk through and has a sink in vanity unit, cassette toilet, there is a shower cubicle which needs some light work. The forward bedroom has a cross double, bedside cabinets, wardrobes and overhead cupboard. There are a lot of spares with the boat including spare Mikuni heaters. The owner is very keen to see the boat sold due to unforeseen circumstances.
