Katy May II is a 40ft cruiser stern in lovely condition having been upgraded and maintained by the Marine Engineer owner. The engine bay is a credit to the owner who has removed a lot of parts to clean and paint before refitting as can be seen on pictures. Entry from the bow with fitted cratch cover & seat lockers into forward Saloon with Multifuel stove, 2 seater sofa and hinged table. Galley is L-shape with Plastimo oven/grill/2 burner hob, Gas instant hot water heater, space for fridge. Bathroom is off corridor with Shower, Cassette toilet and vanity sink.
