Andrea's Phoenix is a well presented,reverse layout cruiser stern narrowboat, built in 2015 by CR&S Ltd. This is a one owner boat and is reflective of good ownership. From the cruiser stern which benefits from a tonneau cover, you enter the galley which is well equipped and has plenty of storage, including room for a washing machine. The Saloon is open plan with a drop leaf dining table with chairs and a comfortable sofa bed with storage under, there is also a multi fuel stove and flat screen TV. The Bathroom is a walk through and has a shower, cassette toilet and sink in a vanity unit with a granite top, also benefits from an extractor fan. The forward Bedroom has a 4'6" cross bed with storage under, 2 wardrobes, there is also further storage under the front steps. There are USB points in the Saloon and Bedroom. This boat benefits from a new professional re-paint in 2018.
