Traditional 70ft narrowboat with boatmans cabin, mid engine room with a beautiful sounding Russell Newbury engine. The cratch covered bow, is fitted with cushions making a great outside, inside space. Entering the boat through half glazed doors into a very spacous saloon. Plenty of space & currently has a 2 seater sofabed and multi fuel stove to the forward port corner. The galley has a 4 burner cooker, small 12V fridge, microwave & decent storage space. Hot water supplied by a newly fiited Rannai hot water heater. The bathroom has small bath with shower above, washbasin & composting toilet. Freestanding bed with storage draws under & 2 full height wardrobes. The engine room is a delight with its Russell Newbury engine. Finally, the aft boatmans cabin has a 2nd multi fuel stove, pull out berth, table etc. Survey available from December 2022 and new boat certificate due to be issued.
