Summertime is an as new 56.5ft Cruiser stern built by X R&D in 2020 and fitted out by a local boat builder Andy Dence, Sold by us to the one owner from new who are only selling to change to a more Traditional boat. Very well cared for boat and well proven as a liveaboard. Entry from the Cruiser stern with fitted Pram cover down steps into Rear Galley, white units, laminate worktops extending into a breakfast bar with glazed side doors over. Saloon has a corner Tv unit and a Morso solid fuel stove to the forward bulkhead, 3 seater sofa bed for guests. Walkthrough Bathroom has a Quadrant shower, Thetford Cassette toilet, Vanity sink unit and a heated towel rail. Forward bedroom has a fixed Double berth with storage under, overhead lockers, Wardrobe, Dressing table and glazed steel doors to the bow.
