The Grey Falcon is a 48ft Tug Style Trad Boat built in 1991 by Mike Heyward, Recent survey shows hull to need overplating with 2.4mm pitting on 5mm side plates. The interior also needs work. Entry from Tug style bow with fitted seat lockers through half glazed hardwood stable style doors into forward Lounge, Solid fuel stove, 2 leather recliner chairs and 2 sets of side doors. Galley has a Full cooker (not tested), montpelier under counter 240v fridge/freezer and sink/drainer. Bedroom has a fixed double with storage under, Wardrobe and side doors. Engine room has a single berth/childs bed, Reflex diesel stove with back boiler to heat hot water and engine under insulated cover. Needs work was advertised at £24,950 now reduced to £9,950 and sold as seen as a project boat.
