Hesba is a 57' traditional stern narrowboat with steel work by one of the most respected builders on the canal system , Canal Transport Services responsible for many fine craft going back to the late 60's.The fitout has been largely completed by Andy West with white painted panels complimented by heavy oak moulding and an oak t&g floor. The layout as you would expect is traditional with a good size saloon entered through stable doors. Heating is provided by a diesel stove with back boiler feeding radiators, a hinged table provides a dining area. The galley has a good range of floor and wall units. The walk through bathroom has a quadrant shower, new cassette toilet and sink in vanity unit. The engine room houses the Armstrong Siddley, a real work horse of the waterways. The back cabin has a double bed which will lift up if required. Nice trad boat with a very practical layout.
