Elizabeth Ann has been a well loved boat which has only had 2 owners from new. The overall condition is excellent and would put many newer boats to shame.The layout is traditional with a comfortable saloon at the bow which has a Morso multi fuel stove to one side of the bow doors and a TV cupboard on the opposite side.Extra sleeping is provided by a comfortable bed settee.The galley is well equipped with a Vanette cooker and 240v fridge/freezer. The bathroom is off the passage way and has a cassette toilet,with spare cassette, sink in vanity unit and shower with shelving to the side.The bedroom is at the stern and has a fixed double bed with storage under. There is a wardrobe and dressing table. At the stern is the engine room housing all services.The slide over the back cabin is larger than normal giving easier access into and out of the boat .
