Built by Ted Spencer as a BCN style tug replica. Professional looking fit out with pine T&G lining, 2 dog boxes & 2 side hatches. Karndean plank flooring throughout. Lovely Lister A3 water cooled engine with calorifier. Entry from the tug deck into the forward saloon with eye level cupboards either side of ladder steps. Plenty of storage under the tug deck. Futon double sofabed and solid fuel stove (requires replacement). Contemporary style round sink with drainer & 5 ring gas hob. Grey laminate worktop and plenty of under counter storage. The bathroom maximises its space being a walkthrough style with small bath, shower above, table top washbasin and porta potti with spare cassette.The bedroom currently has a fixed single with wardrobe, chest of drawer unit and dresser. Through internal door into engine space giving additional storage.
