Fringillidae has been in the present ownership for 20 years and in that time has been maintained to a good standard, which includes having a full repaint in 2015, which still looks good today. The last survey report was done in 2003. Hancock and Lane were prolific boat builders in the 70's building their last boat in the mid 80's.The layout is traditional with the saloon at the bow which has a stove with back boiler feeding 2 radiators. On the opposite side is cupboard with shelves. There are 2 chairs, one of which is a Wilsons bed chair. The galley is in an L shape with a unit on the opposite side, the cooker was new in 2020.The bathroom is off corridor and comprises of a shower, sink in vanity unit and cassette toilet. The bedroom has a fixed double with storage under and over head cupboard. The engine compartment houses all services.
