Johel's Cut is a 57 foot Trad Built and fitted by Heron Boat builders in 2002 for the one owner from new. The boat really is a credit to the owners and has been kept & maintained to the highest standard. Entry from the bow with fitted Cratch & cover & seat locker through glazed doors to forward Saloon with solid fuels stove, Tv unit/bookshelves, side doors and 2 leather swivel recliners. Pullmans dinette which converts to a second double. U-shaped Galley with solid oak edged laminate worktops, full cooker, compact auto washer, 240v fridge and sink/drainer, lots of storage. Corridor past Bathroom with 4 foot bath with fully tiled shower over, Thetford cassette toilet, vanity sink unit with large etched mirror over & heated towel rail. Rear Bedroom with fixed double berth, storage under, wardrobe and storage over, reading lights. Rear engine room with engine under floor, doors to stern.
