Mave is a 70' trad stern narrowboat, Well maintained by her present owner of 15 Years. The layout is traditional and has a very open layout giving a real sense of space. At the front there are 2 large saloon areas, the first with an L shaped dining area which will convert for sleeping, and 2 large cupboards either side of the bow doors. Concertina doors with glass panels take you through to the second saloon area which has a Lockgate reflex diesel stove, this has a back boiler providing water for 3 radiators. The galley has a 3 way Electrolux fridge, and instant water heater. Bathroom with pumpout toilet, shower and sink in vanity unit. Bedroom at the stern with fixed double, large wardrobe at the foot of the bed and under bed storage. Engine room housing all services. A very useful large sliding sunroof is situated over the front of the saloon.
A new BSC will be issued on purchase.
