Chelwood is a very homely 57' trad stern narrowboat, idealy set up for comfortable cruising/ residential use.Chelwood was built by MCC as a bespoke build, as reflected in the internal joinery.You enter the comfortable saloon through a set of stable doors.Either side of front doors are 2 good size cabinets, one with shelving running off.A multi fuel stove is set at the far end of the saloon. A Pullman style dinette provides a good dining area as well as sleeping for. guests. A well laid out galley has solid wooden work tops and a good range of cupboards. A large set of side doors to the stern of galley with added benefit of an opening roof lid provide another way of getting out of the boat. Off corridor bathroom with pumpout toilet, sink in vanity unit and shower cubicle. Bedroom at the stern with double bed, overhead lockers , wardrobe and under bed storage.
