Fitzwater is a very comfortable 49' cruiser stern narrowboat. In may of this year the present owners had a new 8mm base plate put onto the boat due to localised pitting, at the same time the hull sides were grit blasted, then painted with 5 coates of epoxy jotomastic 80. The base plate was also painted. The next owners of Fitzwater should have years of maintenance free boating.The layout of the boat is the ever popular reverse layout with the galley at the stern followed by a comfortable saloon area with 2 arm chairs and a 2 seater dining area.This area could be made up into a bed for guests.Off corridor bathroom with shower, sink in vanity unit and Cassette toilet. Forward bedroom with fixed double with storage under. This is a very nice well presented go anywhere boat which also benefits from 2 solar panels, pram cover and bow cover, Eberspaecher heater new in 2018
