Unusual to find a relatively new 40'boat these days. Aurora was built for her present owners by MCC renowned for building quality boats for a good number of years. Aurora has seen occasional use by her owners who have kept the boat in a nice condition.Earlier this year the roof, front bulkhead and front deck was professionally repainted.From the stern you enter the galley which has a Thetford cooker , Shoreline fridge and toaster.There is excellent cupboard space.The saloon has an L shape seating area with a bespoke glass top table for dining at.This area converts into a double berth.A TV cabinet has a TV on top which forms part of the inventory. An off corridor bathroom has a cassette toilet, sink in vanity unit and shower cubicle. As well as several 3 pin sockets there is a pop up socket on the galley work surface which has the benefit of USB sockets.
