Genie is a truly comfortable residential 70' narrowboat.The present owners bought the boat from us 7 years ago and have lived aboard ever since, cruising extensively. The term caravan is often used to describe boats these days, this boat isn't one of those. From the moment you step into the large well deck with seating either side and oak flooring,this area feels more like an an extension of the saloon. The saloon is through a set of stable doors, the t&g woodwork is a feature of the boat throughout which gives a real cottagey feel. The saloon has a variety of fixed and loose furniture .The galley has a good run of worktops which are in solid wood. Bedroom with 5'6" cross bed with bed side cabinets either side. The bathroom is big by narrowboat standards which enables it to comfortably house a 5' corner bath with shower over.
