The boat has been lived on by it's present owner for a number of years, the aim was to be able to live on simply, without gas and live as you would in a house with 240v appliances throughout. Gas could be added to the boat quite easily if required and suitable appliances added. The layout is the ever popular reverse layout with a galley at the stern followed by a very practical 2 seater dinette area.The saloon area has a comfortable sofa, TV mounted below the gunwale with a glass fronted storage unit below.
